Blue Man Group - Vegas Reviews

Las Vegas is a great place to visit. The great food and great gambling are a big draw. But many people travel to Sin City simply to see all the shows that are offered by the resorts. One of the most exciting shows on the Las Vegas strip right now is the Blue Man Group Vegas show at the Venetian Hotel and Resort.

The Blue Man Group Las Vegas show is a spectacular combination of music, theater, dance and comedy which is cleverly packaged and performed. There are three performers (Blue Men) who make up the group and they are masters at their craft. They have a way of entertaining a crowd which is unique, fun and exciting all at once.

The Blue Men are backed up by a terrific band which keeps the energy very high. But they are great musicians in their own right. Their percussion skills are second to none. In one portion of the show, the Blue Men do some drumming on household plumbing pipes that is incredible. They actually create great music out of PVC pipes!

The Blue Man Group Vegas show is also great because there is a lot of audience interaction. They involve the crowd in many of the bits. This is always fun, especially when the audience members involved are shy or skittish. So if you wish not to be involved in the performance, get seats in the back of the beautiful theater which was built exclusively for this show.

By the way, the Venetian Hotel is a great place. You will love walking around the resort both before and after the show. The place really does resemble Venice Italy. My advice is to make a real night of seeing the Blue Man show by first having a great Italian meal at one of the Venetian's great Italian restaurants.

Of all the shows on the strip like Ka Vegas or Cirque du Soleil, I like the Blue Man Group Vegas show the best. It is not so serious, but you get a serious performance if that makes any sense. Tickets are not cheap (no Vegas show is cheap) But if you look around, you will be able to find discount tickets.
